Previous Partners and sponsors

NCDUK provides a national platform for children's rights and freedoms, and we welcome onboard anyone who shares our values and wants to help with this.
We were very grateful to have received funding for 2015 from the Big Lottery Awards for All scheme.

Here are some the the people that we have worked with before...
University of Sheffield

There are several researchers in the University's Faculty of Social Sciences, many of them members of the 'Centre for the Study of Childhood and Youth', whose work focuses on aspects of play. The research addresses such issues as development and play, outdoor play, disability and play and digital play. In September 2014, the team launched a Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) on the FutureLearn platform, 'Exploring Play', which had learners from all over the world. The course will be repeated in 2015 (hopefully starting on NCDUK2015!). You can find out more about the work of the 'Centre for the Study of Childhood and Youth' here: http://cscy.group.shef.ac.uk.
